International Visitors Registration and
Visa
Information
We highly recommend that all International visitors follow these
steps to ensure that you will be allowed to attend our Show.

Submit a completed copy of the International Registration Form to Nataliya
Antonenko at Fax 001-416-512-1077.

After your registration payment is confirmed, an invitation letter will be
issued to you to be used in the Visa application process.
Please confirm if you require a Visa to enter into Canada.

If you require a Visa, you must apply for an entry Visa into
Canada through the Canadian Embassy in your country. Once
you have received your Visa, please confirm with Nataliya Antonenko that you
have been granted entry.

A confirmation letter will be issued to you welcoming you to the
Show.

Destination Toronto, our housing bureau, will forward information regarding
a wide range of discount hotel accommodations to fit your needs.

We recommend:

Start your Registration and Visa process early.

Ensure that your application is completed accurately and
legibly,
with internationally accepted payment method.

When applying for your Visa, include evidence of previous trips to
Canada and include proof of intent of returning to your country.

To facilitate your visit, contact the Trade Officer, Building
Sector, at the Canadian Consulate in your country to discuss
potential trade mission opportunities.
