GES Logistics, the Show's official transportation company, can provide both regular shipping services as well as advance warehousing removing the need for the Exhibitor to coordinate their shipping requirements. Also as the official transportation company, GES has first access to the Show Floor. FREE pre-show storage is
available to Exhibitors using GES
Logistics for up to 30 days prior to move-in.
GES also operates an Exhibitor Services desk on the Show Floor providing shipping and transportation information to Exhibitors during the show and can assist with rush shipment services.
Pre-Show storage is
also available to exhibitors NOT using GES Logistics for shippping however
transportation charges to show site will apply.
Shipping Direct to Site
Please be sure to write your booth number, company name,
Hall D & E South Building and Construct Canada on all
packages before they are loaded for transport to the Metro Toronto
Convention Centre.

International Shipments/Customs
Exhibitors shipping material to the Show from outside Canada
should contact our official Show broker, The Commerce Trade Show

At the end
of the show, removal of goods in bond for shipment outside of
Canada must first be cleared with Commerce Custom Brokers.
