Speaker Information
 We would like to
thank all our speakers, panelists and moderators for participating in
the Construct Canada 2007 seminar program.
Your speaker package will be sent to you in November which will include
your badge and seminar details.
The seminars will take place on the 700 level of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC)
South Building from November 28 – 29 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Please proceed to your seminar room 30 minutes prior to your seminar. Introduce
yourself to the room monitor when you arrive. The room monitor is
there to assist you in case of emergency, any problems with the
audio-visual equipment, or room conditions. It is critical to
start your session on time and end on time. Please vacate the room
immediately following your session in consideration for the speakers
and attendees that follow. There are a number of areas
outside the seminar rooms to allow you to continue conversations
after your session. Seminar Equipment The session rooms will be equipped with a screen, LCD projector, podium and
table microphone.
If you are planning on using PowerPoint, the connection for your laptop
will be at the podium so that you can easily manage your
presentation. Please remember to bring your AC adapter for your
laptop computer.
Staff will be available on the 700 level to assist all
speakers with technical questions or set-up. Please let us know if you
have any special AV equipment requirements in advance.

Speaker Room
For your convenience, room 702 has been reserved
for speakers and media to provide you with a place to plan and organize
yourself prior to your seminar. If you require any speaker badge
corrections, please proceed to the Speaker/VIP Desk under the
International Visitors banner on Level 600.
